What forms of payment can I accept through ClientPay?

You can accept all credit, debit, and eCheck/ACH payments through ClientPay.

Can I only accept payments on my website?

With ClientPay, you can send clients a secure link to pay or you can manually enter and charge transactions through your ClientPay account. For in-office and call-in payments, just key in payment information into your secure payment page.

Do I need any special equipment for in-person transactions?

No special equipment is required for ClientPay. Our solution was designed to allow you to accept payments online through our secure payment portal.

Can I schedule future or recurring payments?

Yes! Our Scheduled Payments feature lets you easily schedule one-time or recurring future payments.

How soon will funds be deposited into my bank account?

Credit and debit transactions will deposit within two business days, and eCheck/ACH transactions will deposit within five business days.

Can I change ClientPay permissions based on the user?

Yes! You can add multiple users to your ClientPay account, and you can specify the permissions and level of access they have. This article explains more about these options and setting permissions.

How does ClientPay compare to my current processor’s rates?
