Dru has been named as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in U.S. PE-Backed Software and holds a BA from Columbia University and a JD/MBA from The University of Chicago.

Nathan Pace is the Chief Operating and Finance Officer of 8am, focused on driving growth and productivity across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience, he’s held senior leadership roles including CFO at MyCase and VP of Finance at Kibo Commerce. Nathan earned his BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas and his MBA from SMU.

Nate Skinner is the Chief Revenue Officer of 8am, where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy across sales and marketing to drive sustainable growth and customer expansion. With more than 25 years of experience in digital marketing, revenue strategy, and brand development, Nate has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and accelerating revenue for innovative technology companies. Business Insider has recognized him as a key executive shaping the marketing technology industry, and he has also served as an advisor and mentor for Endeavor companies since 2018.

Catherine Dawson, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of 8am, advises on legal compliance, M&A transactions, and corporate strategy. She began her career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, counseling public and private companies. Catherine holds a BA in Economics from Oberlin College and a JD from NYU School of Law.

Jeff Sidell is 8am’s Chief Technology Officer, bringing over 30 years of experience as a senior enterprise software and data science executive. He has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performance analytics solutions across diverse industries, most recently serving as CTO at Advarra. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Leslie Witt is the Chief Product Officer of 8am, and a growth-focused executive and board advisor with deep experience in product, design, and innovation across tech, health, and finance. She’s known for building strong teams and customer-centric cultures that power sustainable, high-growth businesses.

Teresa Laverty is the SVP of People at 8am, where she leads talent acquisition, business partners, and all things HR. She has over 20 years of experience in various HR functions, and now leads the People team function at 8am. Teresa holds a BA in Business Administration and holds credentials for both SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
